Finance depends on trust: not only in numbers, but in the people who explain them. As AI reshapes financial services, LHoFT wanted visitors to experience conversational AI in a way that felt credible, approachable, and useful from the first interaction. RAVATAR created Kristal, a photorealistic holographic AI avatar deployed inside LHoFT’s AI Experience Centre. Built to answer real questions in real time, Kristal became the Centre’s permanent Holo Financial Advisor, the face of conversational AI in financial services at one of Europe’s most prominent fintech hubs.
When LHoFT set out to create one of Luxembourg’s most ambitious AI showcases for the financial sector, it needed more than a screen. It needed a presence that could hold a conversation, answer real questions, and make AI feel tangible to everyone who walked through the door.
A New Visitor Experience
for Conversational AI in Financial Services
The Luxembourg House of Financial Technology is the Grand Duchy’s flagship hub for fintech innovation, a government-backed institution that bridges the gap between financial services, regulation, and emerging technology. Its AI Experience Centre, opened on 13 April 2026, was conceived as a living, evolving space: not a static exhibition, but a hands-on environment where financial executives, regulators, and risk managers could experience conversational AI directly. More than 20 live demonstrations from 10 countries across three continents were curated specifically around the strategic and operational challenges facing the sector.

Kristal: A Holographic AI Avatar
for Conversational AI in Financial Services
Developed by RAVATAR and deployed inside a Holobox at LHoFT’s AI Experience Centre entrance, Kristal is a full-body, photorealistic AI Hologram trained to demonstrate conversational AI in financial services. She answers questions on wealth management, fraud detection, sustainable investing, and the broader role of AI in reshaping the sector, clearly, directly, and without a sales pitch.
Kristal’s value begins the moment a visitor starts a conversation. Face, voice, and financial knowledge come together in a single interactive experience: conversational AI that responds in real time, adapts to the question, and makes AI feel understandable rather than abstract. For many visitors, it’s the first time they’ve experienced AI that actually talks back. That’s the point, and that’s what RAVATAR built it to do.
